You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction — and legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
All bonuses are subject to explicit wagering requirements, validity periods and game contribution rates. Attempting to abuse bonus terms may result in forfeiture and account review.
All transactions are processed in PKR. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Processing times and applicable limits vary by payment method and account status.
Multi-accounting, match-fixing, use of automated betting software and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

97pak reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 97pak platform, accessible at https://97pak.cam (the "Platform"), operated by 97pak ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform or using any of our services — including sports betting markets, live casino games, virtual sports and any promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device or method of access used.
Important: These Terms are written in English and are intended for users who access the Platform from Pakistan and other jurisdictions. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and a version in any other language, the English version shall prevail.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register and use an account on the Platform, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the applicable operator or the applicable license jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify the minimum legal age in your own jurisdiction before accessing the Platform.
Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. If 97pak has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the minimum age, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Any winnings or withdrawals processed during a suspected underage access period may be voided and withheld pending KYC resolution.
The Platform is an informational and interactive service. You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and 97pak makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users in Prohibited Jurisdictions must not register or use the Platform.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All registration information provided must be accurate, complete and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.
To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information and creating login credentials. Registration implies acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at our discretion at any other time, we may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, proof of address or other documents as reasonably requested. Failure to complete KYC may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify 97pak immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. 97pak will never contact you requesting your password.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Subject to completion of any pending KYC checks and withdrawal of cleared balances, your account will be closed within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed voluntarily may be subject to a cooling-off period before re-registration is permitted.
All account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated at the cashier. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be applied at rates determined at the time of the transaction.
The Platform may reference or support payment methods commonly used in Pakistan, including bank transfers and digital wallet services. Payment-method references on this Platform are for contextual information only and do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or partnership with any bank, financial institution or payment provider, including but not limited to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast.
Available payment methods, minimum and maximum limits, processing times and any applicable transaction fees are determined by the operator and are subject to change without prior notice. Always confirm current payment options at the cashier before initiating a transaction.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to verified accounts following completion of KYC checks. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before authorising any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
Players are strongly encouraged to set personal deposit limits via the account responsible-gambling controls. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to previously set limits are subject to a mandatory waiting period.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits are subject to individual promotional Terms that will be clearly published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms will prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiple, qualifying games, contribution rates and validity period will be stated for each specific promotion. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
97pak reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and suspend or close accounts where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, exploitation of promotion terms, or any activity that constitutes an attempt to gain an unfair advantage. This includes, without limitation: use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, co-ordinated play with other players, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements artificially.
Bonus Funds and associated winnings that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without notice.
97pak reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; there is evidence of price error; the bet is placed after an event has concluded; or the bet relates to a suspended or cancelled market.
The settlement of all bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or event concerned. For Pakistan cricket, ICC, PSL and other sporting events, the result recognised by the relevant national or international governing body shall be final for settlement purposes.
In the event of a technical fault, display error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect odds display or incorrect bet confirmation, 97pak reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount. We are not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
Return-to-player (RTP) figures for casino games are theoretical long-term averages determined by the game provider. Individual session outcomes will vary significantly. RTP information is provided for transparency and does not guarantee individual returns to any player.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances. 97pak reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required or appropriate.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the property of 97pak or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 97pak.
The 97pak name, logo and all related marks are trade marks of 97pak. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trade mark, trade name or logo of 97pak or any third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 97pak, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
97pak does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
97pak is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

In summary: we collect only the data necessary to provide the Platform services, complete KYC obligations, process transactions and comply with applicable legal requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.
97pak reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notice posted on the Platform or via email to registered Players. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 97pak is incorporated and/or licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by informal negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where appropriate.
Pakistan-specific note: These Terms do not constitute a representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
