Who we are, what we stand for, and why thousands of Pakistani players choose 97pak as their trusted online betting and live casino platform.
97pak was built with one clear purpose: to give Pakistani sports fans and casino enthusiasts a single, well-structured English-language destination for online betting information, live odds and casino content — without the confusion, language barriers and cluttered interfaces that plagued earlier platforms targeting the Pakistan market.
Pakistan is home to one of the most passionate cricket fan bases in the world. From the buzzing streets of Karachi to the cricket-mad neighbourhoods of Lahore, Rawalpindi and Multan, the appetite for real-time match odds, PSL previews and ICC tournament coverage has always been enormous. Yet for years, Pakistani players were largely underserved — left navigating platforms designed for European or Southeast Asian audiences, with no PKR display, no familiar payment context and zero local sports focus.
97pak changed that. We launched as an English-language platform designed specifically around the way Pakistani users actually browse, bet and engage with live content. Our interface is clean, our odds are presented in PKR, our sports coverage leads with Pakistan cricket, and our responsible-gambling tools are built in by default — not hidden behind support tickets and lengthy email chains.
Today, 97pak serves players across all major cities including Islamabad, Faisalabad, Peshawar and Hyderabad. We cover Pakistan cricket bilaterals, every edition of the PSL, ICC T20 World Cups and Champions Trophy events, alongside a full range of football markets (FIFA, UEFA and beyond), UFC fight nights and live casino tables running around the clock.
We are not a perfect platform — no platform is. But we are a transparent one. Our terms are written in plain English, our bonus rules are clearly stated, and our responsible-gambling resources are accessible directly from the dashboard without requiring you to contact support first. That commitment to clarity and player welfare is what defines 97pak, and it will continue to define us as we grow.
Everything we build at 97pak is guided by two core principles: serve Pakistani players honestly, and do it in a way that puts long-term player welfare ahead of short-term conversion numbers.
To provide Pakistani players with the clearest, most honest and most locally relevant online sports betting and live casino experience available — in English, in PKR, and with responsible-gambling tools that actually work.
To become Pakistan's most trusted English-language betting information platform — the first destination players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and beyond turn to when they want straightforward odds, transparent terms and genuine player support.
We recognise that gambling carries real financial risk. Our responsibility commitment means self-exclusion tools, deposit and loss limits, reality checks and age verification are part of the product — not afterthoughts added to satisfy a regulatory box-tick.
These are not marketing slogans. They are the actual standards we hold ourselves to when making product, content and policy decisions.
Bonus terms, wagering requirements, withdrawal timelines and fee structures are written in plain English and placed where players can actually find them — not buried in a 40-page PDF nobody reads.
Every 97pak account includes built-in deposit limits, session timers and voluntary self-exclusion. We want you to enjoy the platform sustainably — not burn through your PKR balance chasing losses.
Cricket leads. PSL and ICC events get dedicated coverage. Local city context, PKR currency and familiar payment references are the default — not optional add-ons for a global template.
We do not fabricate license seals, invent regulatory approvals or make guaranteed-return promises. 97pak is an information platform — we present facts, odds and options clearly so you can make informed decisions.
Pakistan is a mobile-first market. Our platform is optimised for the phones and 4G connections real users in Rawalpindi, Multan and Peshawar actually use every day — not just desktop browsers in an office environment.
Our support team handles queries in English and can assist in Urdu on request. Live chat is available around the clock. We aim to resolve all account and payment queries within 24 hours, Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5).
From live cricket betting to real-money casino tables — here is a snapshot of the core experience 97pak delivers to players across Pakistan.
Real-time odds on every Pakistan cricket ball, PSL over and live football match — updated in seconds with in-play statistics alongside your bet slip.
Live dealer tables, slots with published RTP figures, virtual sports and game-show style titles — all accessible directly from your PKR account without switching wallets or currencies.
Your account balance, bet history and transaction records are all displayed in Pakistani Rupees — no mental currency arithmetic during live wagering under pressure.
Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers reward consistent players with illustrative cashback, reload credits and priority withdrawal processing — with clear terms at every level.
Every policy — from bonus conditions to withdrawal rules — is written in accessible English. If a clause is unclear, our support team will explain it in plain language, not legal jargon.
We commit to processing verified withdrawal requests as quickly as the payment method and KYC status allows. Delays are communicated proactively — not discovered by the player after days of silence.
Player data is stored securely, used only for the stated purposes in our Privacy Policy, and never sold to third-party marketing companies. You can request your data or account closure at any time.
We will never claim guaranteed returns, fabricate winner testimonials or manufacture urgency through fake countdown timers. Gambling involves real financial risk — we say so clearly and consistently.
97pak enforces strict age checks. Players must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. Underage gambling is not permitted under any circumstances.
Player feedback from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and across Pakistan shapes how we develop new features, improve load times and refine the betting experience — we listen and we act on what we hear.
97pak is used by players in every major city across the country. Wherever you are, the platform performs the same — in English, in PKR, and optimised for local mobile networks.
Pakistan Time Zone (PKT, UTC+5) is the default time setting across all match schedules, live countdowns and settlement timestamps on 97pak. Whether you are following a late-night PSL encounter from Lahore or an early-morning ICC match from Australia, all times are shown in a format that makes sense for Pakistani players.
Our support team operates on Pakistan Standard Time too — so when you raise a query at 11pm from Islamabad, you are speaking to agents who share your time zone and understand the local context.
